My instructor journey began with humble footsteps, teaching vinyasa and yin yoga at my favorite studios and gyms. But oh, how far we’ve come! I have a great passion for senior fitness, gathering friends for health and wellness activities, and encouraging people to embrace the great outdoors and bask in the beauty of nature.
